The Dalfiume family's love of the natural flavours of wine has continued across three generations.
The company produces DOC wines from the Imolan Hills and from the Romagna region, from the Chardonnay, ideal as an aperitif, to the sparkling Pignoletto, consumed in the great seafood restaurants, to the great reds, such as Cabernet and Sangiovese.
Dalfiume Nobilvini produces DOC wines from the Imolan Hills and the Romagna region, such as the superior Sangiovese, unbeatable as an accompaniment to the specialty of Castel San Pietro mutton, but is also excellent with tagliatelle al ragù and grilled meats. If, on the other hand, the meats are more gamey or braised, or especially spiced, then you can't go past the Dalfiume Cabernet Sauvignon from the Imolan Hills: a true wine "of meditation", finished in barrels, and aged for six months in the bottle.
The wines of Dalfiume Nobilvini are worth getting to know. Amongst other things, they represent one of the best value for money wines on the market and are easily found, even in larger distributors, as well as having the guarantee of strict organoleptic regulation, and meet the production requirements of DOC for the Imolan Hills and the Romagna region.
For whoever loves to see for oneself the bottling process, following the cycles of the moon, the company is faithful to the traditions of our land and therefore available to sell wines of quality within work hours (8am-12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm).
